A validated valuation report for your property

Mortgage lenders and other financial institutions may require a detailed report of the current value of your (new) property for various purposes. The registered real estate valuators at Frans Spendel Makelaardij are NWWI certified and registered with the Dutch Register for Valuators. Our experts quickly and efficiently provide a validated valuation report that outlines the property's market value. Valuations can typically be conducted by our office on short notice. The cost of a validated report depends on the type of report required, whether there is a homeowners' association (VVE), and whether renovations need to be included.
