Finding your new home and successfully buying it can seem like an impossible task in today's market. Our experts offer expert advice and a tailored approach for the purchase of your new house. The search and buying process can be intensive, but we are here for you from assessing your plans, viewing properties, advising on the purchase, to receiving the keys at the notary's office. What to expect when you work with us

Step 1

Personal introduction

In an introductory meeting, we map out your wishes and demands. It is essential for us to know precisely what you are looking for. We also take your financial situation into account. Only when you know your options will you be able to act quickly.

Step 2

Your search profile

With your preferences in mind, we create a search profile and ensure that suitable listings automatically appear in your email. Once a listing catches your eye, you can let us know.

Step 3

Scheduling viewings

We accompany you to view listings of your liking. You will be able to just focus on how the property ‘feels’ to you. We handle the business side and look purposefully at various technical aspects of the property. This includes the structural condition, the area, and whether the asking price aligns with the property’s value.

Step 4

The negotiations

Together with you, we discuss the terms under which we will make a bid. For example, you might need to be subject to financing the mortgage and whether a structural inspection needs to take place first. Our real estate agent is thorough and discusses each step in the bidding process with you.

Step 5

The purchase agreement

Hurray! Your offer has been accepted by the selling party. The selling real estate agent will draft the purchase agreement and include the agreed upon terms. We will thoroughly review the contract. Once it is accepted by both parties, you can sign the contract at our office.

Step 6

Obtaining the mortgage

Once the contract has been signed, you have 6 to 8 weeks to obtain a mortgage. We have connections with various mortgage advisors and can connect you with an advisor who suits your needs if necessary. Should you not need a mortgage, we can make the appointment at the notary for the transfer of the keys.

Step 7

The transfer

The official transfer takes place at the notary's office. Before this appointment, we will, along with the selling party, walk through your new property once more. We inspect whether the property is delivered as agreed upon. At the notary's office, you will ultimately receive the keys to your new home.
